Playtime with the Girls (open post)

Harley has been a little restless the past month or so. While there is still some random jobs she gets from the Nexus, and from her world, it really has not been keeping her busy enough. And she needs a distraction. A distraction from the bad stuff that went down in her life … and just needs to surround herself with good friends. And a party.

So she decides to throw a "Girls Only" night at her Coney Island roller derby. She gets the place set up with decorations, lots of liquor, and lots of food. There is a place for people to get up and sing karaoke in one corner. And a quieter couch area in another corner.

The main focus is on the roller derby rink itself, where Harley is currently skating a few rounds.

She convinced a certain Angel messenger to deliver the invites out to as far as he could, so anyone from the Nexus could drop on by. The only rule of the night... was this was a Girls Night only.

"Betcha they are sinfully delicious." Harley grins.

"Just put them on the snack table... once I claim my host percentage." Harley grabs another chocolate and puts it in her mouth.

Sin laughs at the comment as she puts the tray down where she was directed to.

"I think my father'd make you enough to bury yourself in. He's feeling very feminine right now and he starts doting on people like a nesting bird."

"I would happily be doted on these days." Harley winks. It has been hard on her in the past few weeks, not knowing where Loki was or how he was doing. So she is glad to be spending time with her friends.

"You should visit him, darling." Sin grins at the wink. "He's driving all of us to distraction, except for Balthazar. I imagine he is in heaven right now."
